Incorrect or faulty goods
We offer a 14-day return window upon receipt of you order where we will happily exchange or provide store credit, Auburn in Love does not offer a refund in the case that a customer has changed their mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Change of Mind
We will kindly exchange or provide store credit for change of mind on purchases, but not a refund. Simply let us know within 14-days of receiving your order. The cost and arrangement of return postage will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt.
For any returns that are not faulty or damaged, our item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued only once the returning item has been received and processed.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
